
Aqualogic Water Company packs can be returned if it is felt that they are not required or not appropriate. AS the packs are supplied at no cost to the customer, no refund will be given. However the items are guaranteed for 12 month from date of delivery to cover against faults and defects. Please refer to the table below for instructions as to when items should be returned and what to expect.

Please do not send us anything not covered in the table above (e.g. goods not supplied by us, like other water saving devices): we can assume no responsibility for them.
Faulty Products
As industrially manufactured products, the goods we supply are tested after production on a sample basis. This ensures the general absence of any faults, while ensuring that what you receive is brand new. If you suspect that a product we supplied is faulty, you can return it to us for inspection. If we can confirm that it is faulty, we will offer a solution as outlined in the table above. If we find the product to be working the way it is supposed to, we will send your goods back to you.
Returns Procedure
The returns procedure describes how to return goods to Aqualogic. To avoid unnecessary costs or disappointment, please ensure you've read the Returns Policy, and that what you're intending to return qualifies.
- Use returns form to generate request
- ALWAYS USE YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER.
- Send goods to Aqualogic and clearly label as RETURN.
- Exchange will be processed within 28 days.
Also, we strongly recommend that contact us first because:
- In some cases, we can rectify a "fault" simply by offering advice over the phone: so that you enjoy your purchase immediately.
Because of the significant cost of moving goods about, please use the correct checklist for the total packed weight of your return. We bear the cost of your return if you follow the right procedure below. Any excess postal or carriage charges resulting from your decision not to follow this procedure are your responsibility.
You need only send the faulty item back to us and not the whole package.
